Providing comfortable and professional counselling spaces for psychologists, therapists, and allied health practitioners from the Illawarra region at our Fairy Meadow and Balgownie locations. Our suites offer a calming and private yet professionally connected environment to assist you to support your clients' wellbeing. We have recently launched a second location in Balgownie Village. No large setup costs associated with renting your own commercial space
Room use, electricity, wifi internet, air conditioning and a well equipped, comfortable, private and calming therapy space are all provided for one sublease fee. Please note that administrative/receptionist services, printing and fax services are not provided at this time. This is part of how we keep costs down for you.
No large security deposit required - just stay one week in advance
We appreciate that one of the great benefits of renting a furnished counselling space is the limited costs involved. For this reason we have decided to limit our security deposit to apply to keys and swipe cards only ($20 deposit). Just stay one week in advance at all times. Eight weeks notice prior to vacating is also required.
Flexible bookings
Need to change your ongoing booking days? No problem, we will facilitate this wherever possible (with two weeks notice).
Private Practice Set Up Support
Coaching can be provided to support you with transitioning into private practice for an additional fee if you are new to running your own solo practice. This support may be particularly beneficial to Psychologists as our experience relates best to this field.
Great flexibility for those wishing to work part time or transition gradually into private practice
We don't all need seven days of room use, so just pay for what you need. And simplify by accessing all our inclusions.
Convenient location
Our new Balgownie Village location is central, close to the local GP Clinic, Post Office and cafes. It is wheelchair accessible and located close to public bus stops. Disabled amenities are also available on site.
Our Fairy Meadow site is accessible to public transport including the free bus loop, and is close to cafes, supermarkets and GP practices, above a fully equipped Post Office, and even Guest Park is close at hand in case you or your clients are partial to walk and talk therapy (Guest Park also has free all day parking). Our Fairy Meadow site is located on the first floor and is accessed by a wide carpeted flight of stairs with a secure hand rail.

Feel free to get in touch if you’d like to have a tour of our spaces. We have recently completed room fit outs at our new Balgownie location and have one remaining fully available room, as well as several partly available spaces at both locations.
Our Fairy Meadow site is located above the Post Office in Fairy Meadow (next door to Two Doors Up Cafe).
Our Balgownie Village site is located within the same complex as Il Nido Restaurant and Balgownie Village General Practice.
